Clear rights for using VIRAL⁴.

Scope and acceptance.

By installing or using VIRAL⁴, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application and uninstall it. Microsoft Store acquisition terms and mandatory consumer law continue to apply. If a mandatory rule conflicts with these terms, that rule controls to the extent required.

The official application is available from the Microsoft Store listing published by Justice Peace.

Limited right to use the application.

Justice Peace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use VIRAL⁴ on Windows devices authorized by your Microsoft Store account for personal or internal professional video-review work. The application is licensed, not sold.

You may not redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, impersonate the publisher, bypass security controls, use the application to introduce malicious code, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits that activity despite this restriction.

Your media remains your responsibility.

You retain ownership of media, projects, and exports you lawfully own or control. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to analyze, edit, export, and publish that content.

VIRAL⁴ does not receive ownership of creator media merely because the application reads it locally. See the Privacy Policy and Data & Deletion Guide.

Analysis is guidance, not a promise.

Scores, findings, and recommendations evaluate defined signals. They do not guarantee views, engagement, revenue, virality, platform approval, distribution, legal compliance, or any other audience or business result.

Updates, availability, and support.

Microsoft Store may deliver application updates. Features, scoring rules, requirements, and documentation may change for security, reliability, compatibility, or product improvement. Material scoring changes will be identified in Release Notes.

Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis through the official Support page; response times and issue resolution are not guaranteed.

Third-party software and platform names.

Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses and notices. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook are referenced only as analysis targets and are not affiliated with or endorsing VIRAL⁴. Review Licenses & Notices for details.

Warranty and liability boundaries.

To the extent permitted by law, VIRAL⁴ is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every file, codec, device, result, or workflow will operate without interruption or error. Justice Peace is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by reliance on analysis guidance.

Nothing in these terms limits a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your Microsoft Store and local consumer rights remain unaffected.

Ending the license.

Your license ends if you materially breach these terms and do not cure the breach where cure is required by law. You may end the license at any time by uninstalling the application. Before uninstalling, review the Data & Deletion Guide so local history and exports are handled as you intend.
