Contact VIRAL⁴ support.
Email viral4official@gmail.com. Include a short subject that names the issue, such as Installation help, Analysis issue, Accessibility request, or Privacy request.
You can also use the secure contact form. The target initial review window is 2–3 business days when support intake is active; complex issues may take longer and a response is not guaranteed.
Verified Windows requirements.
- 64-bit Windows 10, build 19041 or later, or Windows 11
- Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime
- Enough free storage for app-managed working copies, previews, revisions, and exports
- Each selected source file must be at most the application's 4 GiB local safety limit
Start with these checks.
- Confirm the application came from the Microsoft Store listing linked by the official Download page.
- Finish any active analysis or export, close the application, and reopen it.
- Confirm the source file still exists, is readable, and is not open exclusively in another application.
- Try a short local MP4 file to determine whether the issue is specific to one source.
- Check that the system drive and export destination have adequate free space.
- Review the FAQ and Known Issues.
Supported source formats.
Common video containers include MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM, MKV, AVI, MPG, MPEG, TS, MTS, and M2TS. The application can also accept supported audio or still-image sources for relevant workflows. Codec support can vary by file even when the extension is listed.
Exports are written as MP4 files. Keep enough free space for both temporary processing and the completed export.
Local history and deletion.
VIRAL⁴ Video Analyzer analyzes selected media on your PC and keeps app-managed project data locally. Use Settings → Open data folder to locate that data. Use Delete all local history after active operations finish to remove app-managed project data.
Deleting local history does not delete original source files or exports saved outside the app data folder. See the Privacy Policy for the complete storage and deletion explanation.
What to include in a technical report.
Describe the smallest repeatable sequence that causes the issue. Include the VIRAL⁴ version, Windows edition and build, source file extension and approximate size, expected result, actual result, and non-sensitive error text. Mention whether the same problem occurs with a short MP4 test file.
Platform independence.
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook names identify analysis targets only. VIRAL⁴ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by those platforms. Platform account, moderation, or publishing issues must be handled through the platform's own support channels.
