01 / PUBLISHER

Who is responsible.

Justice Peace publishes Hot or Chopped. Contact viral4offical@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests. This policy covers the iPhone and iPad app. The website policy covers browsing this website and using its contact form.

02 / PHOTOS

Your photos are processed on your device.

Hot or Chopped uses Apple Vision and local image-processing code to assess the technical presentation of your chosen photo and create an entertainment result. The app does not upload selected photos or face results to us, identify people or train models using your photos. HOT and CHOPPED are game outcomes, not scientific assessments of a person.

03 / REACTION CAM

Recording is your choice.

Reaction Cam records only after you choose it. Microphone recording is optional; you can use the camera silently if you decline microphone access. Choosing without Reaction Cam gives you a photo-only reveal. There is no public feed or voting service in the app.

04 / STORAGE

What stays on your device.

The app stores settings, game points and local photo fingerprints with their results to prevent duplicate point awards. The points ledger contains no photo or reaction recording. Temporary photo, replay and video files are used to prepare results. Try a sample shows hypothetical points without awarding real points or creating saved result sessions.

05 / CLEANUP

Temporary files and saved copies.

Temporary photo sessions are cleaned up when you leave a result or reopen the app. Raw Reaction Cam recordings are cleaned up after export or cancellation; abandoned recordings become eligible for cleanup after 30 minutes, checked when Reaction Cam is used again. Temporary exported-video cache files become eligible for cleanup after 24 hours. Cleanup can retry if a file is busy.

Deleting the app removes local app data; offloading it may retain that data. Copies you save to Photos, share to another service or retain in device backups must be managed separately. We cannot remotely retrieve or delete data held only on your device.

06 / PERMISSIONS

You control saving and sharing.

Saving to Photos and opening the system share sheet are deliberate actions. The destination you select handles its copy under its own terms. You can change camera, microphone and Photos permissions in iOS Settings. Declining optional recording permissions does not prevent a photo-only reveal.

07 / DATA COLLECTION

No app-operated accounts, ads or remote analytics.

The iPhone and iPad app does not require an account, include advertising SDKs or send app analytics to us. Local processing is separate from Apple system diagnostics, device backups and the services you deliberately choose for sharing, which are governed by their own settings and policies.

08 / SUPPORT

Information you send to support.

If you email support, we receive the address, subject, message and any attachments you send. We use them to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Our email provider processes this information to deliver the service. Support records are kept while reasonably needed for those purposes, then deleted or de-identified; there is no fixed automatic deletion period.

Send only the information needed to explain the issue. Do not send private photos, reaction videos, passwords or verification codes. You may request access, correction or deletion of support information by emailing viral4offical@gmail.com.

09 / CONSENT

Use photos with permission.

The app asks users to confirm they are at least 13 and to use only a photo of themselves or someone who agreed to be photographed and processed. The app is not directed to children under 13. Its App Store age rating is a separate content classification.
