Justice Peace is the publisher of VIRAL⁴ and the party responsible for the information-handling practices described here. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to viral4official@gmail.com with the subject Privacy request.

Website information.

You can browse the public website without creating an account. Hosting and security systems may process standard request information such as network address, browser and device details, requested route, timestamps, and diagnostic data for delivery, reliability, and abuse prevention.

The website does not run third-party advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising.

Information you choose to submit.

The contact form processes your name, email address, contact reason, subject, message, and optional product question. Support email processes the address, subject, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use this information to review and respond to your request, prevent abuse, and protect service security.

Website contact records and support email are retained while reasonably needed to respond, prevent abuse, protect service security, and meet legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified. There is no guaranteed fixed deletion date. Website hosting, security, and email providers may process this information to deliver and protect those services.

Local media analysis.

VIRAL⁴ Video Analyzer reads media you deliberately select, including the file name and path and measurable technical properties needed for analysis. Its recommendations are produced by deterministic rules and scoring models, not by generative AI.

Analysis runs on your Windows PC. The application does not transmit selected creator media, project data, analysis results, or file paths to VIRAL⁴ or to a generative-AI service. No VIRAL⁴ account is required to analyze a video.

To provide previews, editing, repeatable results, and history, the application can create app-managed working copies, proxies, snapshots, technical metadata, evidence, revisions, and project records on the device. Your original source file stays in the location you selected and is not changed by the application.

Storage, deletion, and exports.

App-managed project data remains on the device until you delete local history or remove the data yourself. The exact physical folder can vary with the Microsoft Store installation environment; use Settings → Open data folder in the application to locate it.

Delete all local history removes app-managed project data after any active operation is finished. It does not delete original source files outside the app data folder. Exported videos and other files saved to a destination you chose remain there until you delete them.

Uninstalling removes the installed application files, but locally stored app data may remain depending on Windows storage and cleanup behavior. Use Delete all local history before uninstalling, or manually remove any remaining VIRAL⁴ app data afterward. Exports, backups, and files outside app-managed storage must be removed separately.

No sale or advertising use.

VIRAL⁴ does not sell, rent, or use desktop-app creator media or project data for targeted advertising. Because the desktop application does not transmit that data to VIRAL⁴, VIRAL⁴ does not disclose it to third parties.

Microsoft may process Store acquisition, installation, licensing, payment, and optional Windows diagnostic information under Microsoft's own terms. That processing is separate from VIRAL⁴ Video Analyzer's local analysis.

Protection and limitations.

We use safeguards appropriate to the website and support systems, including encrypted transport, restrictive browser security policies, form validation, request limits, and access-controlled service storage. The desktop application stores app-managed project files inside the current Windows user's local app-data area and restricts its interface to local application content and app-managed media routes.

VIRAL⁴ Video Analyzer does not add file-level encryption to those local project files. Their at-rest protection depends on your Windows account permissions and any Windows Device Encryption or BitLocker configuration. Keep Windows updated, use a protected Windows account, lock the PC when unattended, and delete local history before another person receives access to the device. No system can guarantee absolute security.

VIRAL⁴ Video Analyzer is a general creator tool and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information about a child through the website or support email.

Your choices and privacy requests.

You control which files the desktop application reads and where exports are saved. You may stop using the contact form or support email at any time. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with a website or support submission.

Email viral4official@gmail.com with the subject Privacy request and enough information to locate the record safely. Do not include creator media or credentials. See the Cookie Policy for current browser-storage practices.

Policy updates.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, adding a release note. The policy in effect when you use the website or application applies to that use.
