Email viral4offical@gmail.com. Include “Hot or Chopped” in the subject, your app version/build from Settings, iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, the steps that caused the issue and any error text. Do not send private photos or reaction recordings.
Start with Try a sample.
- Open the app and tap Try a sample.
- Choose a cast member and a HOT or CHOPPED photo, then tap Use this sample.
- Make a prediction or skip it.
- Choose Use Reaction Cam or Continue without reaction.
- Watch the reveal and try the filters.
Practice shows what a fresh round would earn: 20 points for a correct prediction, 5 for an incorrect prediction or 10 when skipped. It never adds real points. Practice results cannot be saved or exported.
If Reaction Cam does not start.
In iOS Settings, open Apps → Hot or Chopped and check Camera permission. Close other apps using the camera, return to Hot or Chopped and try again. Microphone access is optional; declining it allows a silent reaction. You can always continue without Reaction Cam.
If recording is interrupted by locking your device, a call or leaving the app, return and start a fresh capture. Keep both cameras unobstructed and use good light.
Make it feel right.
Use Settings to control sound and vibration. Check the phone volume and any connected Bluetooth audio device if sound is missing. Results-song vibration follows playback and stops when the music is paused or the app is inactive. Haptics depend on supported hardware and system settings; not every iPhone or iPad offers the same feedback.
Reduced Motion changes decorative animation while keeping instructions and results available.
Save or share your own result.
Use a regular photo round to save or share. Allow Photos access when asked to save. Keep sufficient free storage and leave the app open while a video is prepared. If sharing fails, return to the result and try again. The destination app may apply its own limits or compression.
Try a sample deliberately has no export. Saved copies stay in Photos or the service you choose until you remove them there.
Why points may not increase.
Practice only previews points. In ordinary rounds, duplicate-photo protection can prevent the same photo from earning points again. HOT or CHOPPED is an entertainment result; receiving several of the same outcome does not mean the app should alternate outcomes.
