Official user guide
From finished cut to clearer publishing decision.
Use this guide for the complete local Windows workflow. VIRAL⁴ is a review tool: creative judgment remains yours while measurable signals become easier to inspect and compare.
Install from Microsoft Store.
- Open the official VIRAL⁴ listing.
- Confirm the publisher is Justice Peace.
- Select the Store installation control and wait for installation to finish.
- Launch VIRAL⁴ from Microsoft Store or the Windows Start menu.
Prepare a review file.
Use a finished or near-finished video that represents the version you may publish. Keep the source file on a readable local drive, close applications that lock the file exclusively, and confirm enough free space exists for local working copies and exports.
Select and analyze the video.
- Choose the video from the application's start or analysis workflow.
- Keep the source available while the application creates any required local working copy and inspects measurable media properties.
- Allow the active operation to finish before moving the source, closing Windows, or deleting local data.
- Open the completed report when analysis finishes.
Analysis runs locally. VIRAL⁴ does not upload the selected media, project data, analysis result, or file path to its publisher.
Read the report in the right order.
- Start with the overall readiness result as a summary, not a promise of performance.
- Review the platform-target context for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook.
- Read the evidence and prioritized recommendations that explain the result.
- Separate measurable findings from creative choices that only you or your team can make.
Platform names identify analysis targets only. VIRAL⁴ does not access private platform systems and is not endorsed by those platforms.
Make changes and compare again.
Update the source in your editor, export a new finished revision, and analyze that revision using the same analyzer version and scoring configuration. A changed result should reflect a changed measurable input or an identified scoring-rule update.
Do not compare scores from materially different app versions as though their scoring models are identical; review Release Notes for documented changes.
Save outputs deliberately.
Choose an export destination you control and keep enough free storage for temporary processing and the completed MP4. Files saved outside the app-managed data folder remain in that location until you delete them.
Manage local history.
Use Settings → Open data folder to locate app-managed data. After active operations finish, use Delete all local history to remove app-managed project data. This does not delete original source files or exports stored elsewhere.
Read the Data & Deletion Guide before uninstalling or transferring the PC.
Troubleshoot safely.
Confirm the source still exists, test a short local MP4, check free storage, restart the application, and review Known Issues. If the problem continues, follow the privacy-safe reporting checklist on the Support page.
