Trust starts with visible boundaries.
VIRAL⁴ applies defense-in-depth controls to the public website, documents the Windows application's local-data boundary, and links every download to the verified Microsoft Store listing.
Public website protections.
The website uses encrypted transport, restrictive browser security headers, same-site form checks, server-side validation, request-size limits, rate limiting, anti-automation measures, and access-controlled service storage. Secrets and service credentials are not embedded in public client code.
Verify before you install.
Install VIRAL⁴ only from the verified Microsoft Store listing published by Justice Peace. Microsoft Store manages package trust, delivery, and updates. Third-party mirrors are not authorized download sources.
Protect creator content.
Do not submit private creator media, passwords, verification codes, license credentials, financial information, or access tokens through the website contact form. Application documentation will identify any feature that transfers media off-device before that feature is used.
What happens after a report.
Reports are triaged based on severity and reproducibility. We may request additional non-sensitive information, coordinate a fix, and credit the reporter when appropriate and agreed. This page does not establish a bug-bounty program or authorize testing beyond good-faith, non-destructive research.
