01 / DOWNLOAD
Third-party installer mirrors are unsupported.
Status: The official Windows release is available from Microsoft Store. Guidance: Use the listing linked by the official Download page; do not install packages offered by third-party mirrors.
02 / MEDIA
A supported container can still contain an unsupported codec.
Status: Codec compatibility varies inside formats such as MP4, MOV, and MKV. Workaround: Test a short local MP4 using H.264 video and AAC audio, then review the System Requirements or contact support with non-sensitive file details.
03 / SUPPORT
Contact delivery depends on the hosted service.
Status: The form reports service availability honestly. Workaround: If a message is not confirmed as stored, retain your text and retry later. Do not assume an error-state submission was received.
