01 / PUBLISHER

Who is responsible for this policy.

Justice Peace publishes VIRAL⁴ Video Analyzer and is responsible for the practices described here. Privacy questions may be sent to viral4official@gmail.com with the subject Android privacy request.

02 / YOUR CHOICE

Videos you explicitly select.

The app accesses a video only after you choose it with Android's system document picker. It does not request broad storage, photo-library, camera, or microphone permission.

The original selected video is not modified, moved, or deleted. The app copies it into a private working area, verifies the copy with SHA-256 checksums, and analyzes that private copy.

03 / LOCAL ANALYSIS

Information handled on the device.

Local analysis can handle the selected file's name, size, checksum, duration, dimensions, orientation, frame rate, codecs, bitrate, audio characteristics, caption presence, generated thumbnails, measurable evidence, recommendations, preferences, and analysis history.

Recommendations are produced by deterministic rules and scoring models. The app does not use generative AI to judge a video or invent a rating.

04 / NO COLLECTION

No app data is collected or shared.

VIRAL⁴ does not transmit creator-selected videos, thumbnails, file names, checksums, preferences, analysis evidence, results, or history off the device. This information is not sold, rented, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train an AI model.

The Android app has no Internet permission and includes no account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, crash-reporting SDK, or telemetry service.

05 / STORAGE

Private storage and encryption.

App-managed video copies and thumbnails remain inside the application's private Android sandbox. Preferences and analysis history are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using an app-only key held by Android Keystore.

Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for this application. Files you explicitly export remain at the destination you choose and are controlled by you.

06 / DELETE

Retention, deletion, and uninstall.

Local history and app-managed media remain on the device until you delete them. In the app, open Settings and select Delete all local history to remove encrypted history, app-managed video copies, generated thumbnails, and unfinished imports.

Deletion does not remove the original video or any exported file outside the private app sandbox. Uninstalling the app removes its private local application data; exported files remain until you delete them.

07 / CHILDREN

A general creator tool.

VIRAL⁴ Video Analyzer is a general video-production tool and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not create accounts or collect personal information from children or adults.

08 / CHANGES

Policy updates.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and version on this page. The policy in effect when you use the Android application applies to that use.

For website and Windows privacy practices, review the main VIRAL⁴ Privacy Policy.
